Click & collect
Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our site in Battle. Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll notify you via email. Standard items are typically available immediately, but if you have ordered custom or specially made panels, please allow additional time for processing. If using external haulage, please contact us to discuss access requirements.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. We’ll be happy to assist you in arranging a return. Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging. Items that have been altered or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
