How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. Typically:
- Standard items: 3-5 working days
- Bespoke or made-to-order items: 10-14 working days
We’ll provide an estimated delivery time at checkout and keep you updated with tracking information.
What times do you normally deliver?
Our delivery times are between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Saturday. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, you can! We offer a click-and-collect service from our branch in Battle. Simply select the “Collect in Store” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you create bespoke fencing items?
Absolutely! We specialise in bespoke fencing solutions tailored to your exact requirements. Whether you need custom gates, panels, or other fencing materials, get in touch with our team for a quote and consultation.
Do you offer installation services?
We can recommend professional installation services across the South East. Contact us to arrange an installation quote.
What is your returns and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty. Please review our full returns policy.
Do you supply trade customers?
Yes, we work with trade customers and offer bulk discounts for large orders. Please contact us for more details or to open a trade account.
