Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our site in Battle. Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll notify you via email. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your goods. We’ll be happy to assist you in arranging a return. Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging. Items that have been altered or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
